Users may update or remove their content at any time where such functionality is available. Updated advertisements, items, and online stores may be reviewed again before the changes become live.

Publishing content on iGotMarket does not guarantee that it will remain available, appear in search results, receive enquiries, generate sales, or achieve any particular outcome. Every online store is reviewed before it becomes live. iGotMarket may approve, reject, request modifications, suspend, remove, or otherwise restrict any online store that does not comply with our Terms, Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or other platform policies.

Store owners are solely responsible for managing their stores, including product availability, pricing, inventory, order processing, customer communication, packaging, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, licenses, permits, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Store owners may temporarily suspend or permanently request the deletion of their online stores where such functionality is available. iGotMarket may delay, reject, or refuse store deletion where necessary to complete active orders, resolve disputes, investigate suspected fraud, enforce platform policies, comply with applicable laws, or protect the rights of users or third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, iGotMarket does not own, sell, purchase, store, package, inspect, deliver, or take possession of products offered through online stores. Store owners remain solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations to customers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, and other transaction-related obligations are the responsibility of the respective buyers and sellers. iGotMarket provides the platform and related marketplace features but is not responsible for fulfilling these obligations.

Store owners are responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate product information, fulfilling accepted orders, handling eligible returns and refunds, and complying with their published policies and applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, store policies, pricing, delivery details, and return eligibility before placing an order.

Payment methods, payment providers, delivery options, return policies, and refund processes may vary between sellers, stores, categories, locations, or supported services. Users should review all applicable information before completing any transaction.

If a dispute arises between users regarding an order, payment, delivery, return, refund, warranty, or any other transaction-related matter, users should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with each other. Where appropriate, users may report the matter to iGotMarket. iGotMarket may review reported matters for compliance with these Terms, our policies, and applicable laws, and may take appropriate action against accounts or content found to be in violation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, iGotMarket is not responsible for collecting, holding, processing, guaranteeing, or refunding payments made directly between users.

This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introducing malware or malicious code, bypassing security measures, scraping or harvesting data without authorization, sending spam, manipulating search results, artificially increasing views or enquiries, or engaging in any activity that may disrupt the platform or other users.

Users must not use iGotMarket to violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights of any person or entity, or to engage in activities that encourage or facilitate unlawful conduct.

iGotMarket reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to remove content, restrict platform features, suspend or terminate accounts, report unlawful activities to competent authorities, or take any other appropriate action where permitted by applicable law.

Suspension or termination may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines or other platform policies, fraudulent or unlawful activities, misleading information, repeated policy violations, abuse of the platform, security concerns, unauthorized access, failure to comply with applicable laws, or any activity that may harm iGotMarket, its users, or third parties.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, iGotMarket may provide users with an opportunity to correct violations or respond before taking permanent action. However, we may take immediate action without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, comply with applicable laws, or address security, fraud, or other urgent matters.

Users may stop using iGotMarket at any time. Where account deletion or online store deletion features are available, such requests will be handled in accordance with these Terms, our applicable policies, and applicable laws.

Suspension, termination, or deletion of an account does not automatically release a user from obligations or liabilities arising before the effective date of such action. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages arising from fraud, fake listings, inaccurate or misleading information, failed or delayed transactions, payment disputes, delivery issues, product or service quality, user misconduct, unauthorized access, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, data loss, security incidents, technical failures, third-party services, or reliance on user-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iGotMarket, its owners, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of iGotMarket, your content, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from your advertisements, listings, products, services, work profiles, online stores, user-generated content, intellectual property infringement, fraud, misleading information, unlawful activities, breach of agreements, or disputes with other users or third parties.

iGotMarket reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification. In such cases, you agree to cooperate with iGotMarket in the defence and resolution of the matter.

iGotMarket may provide links to, integrate with, or make available third-party websites, applications, payment providers, delivery providers, maps, communication services, analytics providers, or other external services for user convenience. These third-party services operate independently and are not owned or controlled by iGotMarket.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies published by iGotMarket, constitute the entire agreement between you and iGotMarket regarding your access to and use of the platform.
