Always communicate honestly and verify important information before entering into any transaction or meeting. Carefully review advertisements, listings, profiles, prices, descriptions, images, and other available information. If something appears unrealistic or suspicious, proceed with caution.

Whenever possible, meet in a safe, public, and well-lit location. If a meeting must take place at a home, office, shop, or other private location, inform a trusted family member or friend about your plans and, where practical, avoid meeting alone.

Verify the identity of the other person whenever appropriate. Do not rely solely on profile photos, mobile numbers, chat conversations, or claims made through iGotMarket. Where necessary, ask to see a valid government-issued photo identification document before allowing someone to enter your home, office, shop, or workplace.

Never share confidential or sensitive information unnecessarily. Protect your passwords, OTPs, bank account details, card information, UPI PINs, identity documents, and other sensitive personal information. iGotMarket will never ask you to disclose passwords, OTPs, or payment PINs.

Trust your instincts. If you feel pressured, uncomfortable, threatened, or suspect fraudulent behaviour at any stage, stop the interaction immediately and report suspicious activity to iGotMarket where appropriate.

Carefully review the advertisement or listing before making any purchase. Read the description, verify the price, specifications, condition, availability, images, and other relevant details. Ask questions if any information is unclear.

Inspect the product or property in person whenever reasonably possible before making payment. Verify that it matches the advertisement or listing and check its condition, quality, quantity, and functionality to your satisfaction.

Be cautious when making advance payments. Avoid paying in advance unless you trust the other party or clearly understand the circumstances. Keep records of payments, invoices, receipts, and other relevant communications.

Be alert to unusually low prices or unrealistic offers. If an offer appears too good to be true, verify the information carefully before proceeding.

Do not feel pressured into making quick decisions. Take sufficient time to verify the details, inspect the item where possible, and make an informed decision before completing the transaction.

Provide accurate and complete information about your product, service, property, job, or other offering. Use genuine descriptions, prices, specifications, images, and other relevant details so that buyers can make informed decisions.

Be cautious when accepting payments. Verify that the payment has actually been received in your bank account or payment application before handing over any product, property, document, or providing any service. Do not rely solely on screenshots or payment confirmation messages shared by the buyer.

Protect your personal and financial information. Never share your passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, banking credentials, or other confidential information with anyone. Genuine buyers do not need this information to complete a purchase.

Meet buyers in a safe location whenever practical. If a meeting is arranged at your home, office, shop, or another private location, remain alert and consider having another trusted person present, especially for high-value transactions.

If you suspect fraudulent behaviour or receive unusual payment requests, stop the transaction immediately. Do not proceed if you feel pressured, threatened, or uncertain, and report suspicious activity to iGotMarket where appropriate.

Before hiring someone through a Home Service or Work Profile, carefully review their profile, experience, skills, ratings, reviews, and other available information. Ask questions if you need clarification before confirming the work.

Verify the identity of the person before allowing them to enter your home, office, shop, or workplace. Where appropriate, ask to see a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as an Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID, or any other officially recognized identity document. If you are not satisfied with the person's identity, you should refuse the service or meeting.

Do not rely solely on profile photos, mobile numbers, chat conversations, or claims made through iGotMarket. Always verify the person's identity yourself before allowing access to your premises.

Whenever practical, avoid being alone during the first visit. If the service is being provided at your home, office, or another private location, consider having a trusted family member, friend, neighbour, or colleague present, especially when the work involves entering private areas.

If you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or observe suspicious behaviour at any time, end the interaction immediately. Where appropriate, report the matter to iGotMarket and, if necessary, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services.

Always inspect the property in person before making any payment or signing any agreement. Verify that the property's location, condition, size, amenities, and other important details match the advertisement or listing.

Verify the identity of the property owner, landlord, authorized representative, or agent before proceeding. Where appropriate, ask to see a valid government-issued photo identification document and verify that the person is authorized to rent, lease, sell, or represent the property.

Carefully review important property documents before making any commitment. Where applicable, verify ownership documents, rental agreements, lease terms, permissions, approvals, and any other relevant documents through appropriate sources or qualified professionals.

Be cautious before paying booking amounts, deposits, security deposits, token amounts, advance rent, or advance payments. Make payments only after you are satisfied with the property's authenticity and the terms of the transaction.

If you notice inconsistencies, unusually attractive offers, pressure to make immediate payments, or suspicious behaviour, stop the transaction and verify the information before proceeding.

Protect your iGotMarket account and personal information. Use a secure device, keep your mobile number and account information up to date, and do not allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

Never share your OTP, passwords, verification codes, UPI PINs, banking credentials, or other confidential information with anyone. iGotMarket will never ask you to disclose this information through calls, messages, emails, or chats.

Be cautious of fake websites, fake mobile applications, fake social media accounts, phishing emails, SMS messages, QR codes, or links claiming to represent iGotMarket. Always verify that you are using the official iGotMarket website or mobile application before entering your personal information.

Do not download unknown files or install applications shared by other users unless you trust the source. Such files or applications may contain malware or other harmful software that could compromise your device or personal information.

If you believe your iGotMarket account has been compromised or you notice suspicious activity, secure your account immediately and contact iGotMarket as soon as reasonably possible.

If you encounter suspicious behaviour, fraudulent activity, fake advertisements, fake profiles, misleading information, spam, harassment, or any other activity that appears to violate iGotMarket's policies or applicable laws, please report it to iGotMarket as soon as reasonably possible. Prompt reporting helps us review the matter and take appropriate action where necessary.

When submitting a report, provide accurate and relevant information whenever possible. Include details such as screenshots, chat conversations, transaction references, photographs, or other supporting information that may help us investigate the matter more effectively.

Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports. The reporting system should be used responsibly and only when you genuinely believe that a violation or suspicious activity has occurred.

iGotMarket will review reports in accordance with our Community Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, and other applicable policies. While every report is carefully considered, submitting a report does not guarantee that a particular action will be taken.

If the situation involves an immediate threat to life, personal safety, medical emergency, or any other emergency, contact your local police, emergency services, or other competent authorities immediately before reporting the matter to iGotMarket.
