Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

5. Prohibited Content

Users must not publish, upload, share, distribute, promote, or otherwise make available any content that violates applicable laws, these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, or other applicable policies published by iGotMarket.


Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise harmful to individuals, businesses, organizations, or the public.


Users must also not publish content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights of any person or organization, contains malicious software or harmful code, promotes spam or scams, or is intended to mislead, exploit, or deceive other users.


iGotMarket may review, restrict, remove, disable access to, or take other appropriate action regarding content that appears to violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or that may threaten the safety, security, integrity, or proper operation of the platform.

6. Illegal Activities

Users must not use iGotMarket to engage in, facilitate, promote, or encourage any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. This applies to all activities conducted through our website, mobile applications, marketplace, online stores, advertisements, listings, communications, and other platform features.


Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, fraud, scams, identity theft, money laundering, human trafficking, exploitation, terrorism, the sale or promotion of illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, stolen property, prohibited substances, malicious software, unauthorized access to systems, or any other unlawful activity.

iGotMarket may investigate suspected unlawful activities and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

iGotMarket may remove spam or abusive content, restrict platform features, suspend or terminate accounts, and take any other appropriate action where activities are found to violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable policies, or applicable laws.

9. Fraud & Scams

Users must not use iGotMarket to deceive, defraud, exploit, or mislead other users for financial gain, personal benefit, or any other unlawful or improper purpose. Every transaction, communication, advertisement, listing, product, service, online store, and interaction on iGotMarket should be conducted honestly and in good faith.


Fraudulent or deceptive activities include, but are not limited to, publishing fake or misleading advertisements, impersonating another person or business, misrepresenting products or services, requesting payments through deceptive means, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, creating fake accounts, posting fake reviews or ratings, attempting phishing or identity theft, or engaging in any scheme intended to deceive or financially exploit others.


Users should exercise reasonable caution before making payments, sharing personal or financial information, or entering into transactions with other users. If you believe you have encountered fraudulent or suspicious activity, you should report it to iGotMarket as soon as reasonably possible through the available reporting tools or contact channels.


iGotMarket may investigate suspected fraud or scams and may remove related content, restrict platform features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with law enforcement or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

10. Buyer & Seller Responsibilities

Buyers and sellers are expected to conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in good faith while using iGotMarket. They should communicate clearly, provide accurate information, honor legitimate commitments, and comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable laws.


Sellers should publish accurate descriptions, prices, specifications, availability, images, and other relevant information about their products, services, properties, jobs, or other offerings. Buyers should carefully review available information and make informed decisions before entering into any transaction or agreement.


Both buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate respectfully, respond within a reasonable time where practical, and make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns or misunderstandings fairly. iGotMarket is a marketplace platform and is generally not a party to transactions between users. 11. Reviews & Ratings

Reports should be made in good faith and should contain accurate and relevant information wherever reasonably possible. Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, malicious, or abusive reports, or misuse the reporting system to harass, intimidate, or unfairly target other users.


After receiving a report, iGotMarket may review the available information, request additional details where appropriate, investigate the reported matter, and take action in accordance with these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable policies, and applicable laws. The type of action taken will depend on the nature and severity of the reported violation.


Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed, an account will be restricted, or any particular action will be taken. iGotMarket will assess each report based on the available information and the applicable circumstances.

14. Enforcement Actions

Where we reasonably believe that a user, account, advertisement, listing, online store, review, communication, or other content violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable policies, or applicable laws, iGotMarket may take appropriate enforcement action. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to, issuing warnings, requesting corrections, removing or restricting content, limiting access to certain features, reducing content visibility, temporarily suspending accounts, permanently terminating accounts, or taking any other action that iGotMarket reasonably considers necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.

Repeated, abusive, or frivolous appeals may be declined or receive limited further review where permitted by applicable law.
